Board of Directors
Taylor Ernst
Chairman of the Board
Taylor moved to Houston in 2019 after graduating from Baylor University. He began his professional career in the Oil and Gas industry and has worked for two energy companies since moving to Houston. During his time at Baylor, Taylor started another non-profit, Baylor’s Helping Hands, that was created to raise funds to cover medical devices, hearing aids, and any other supplies that insurance did not cover for families in McLennan County with special needs. He handed this organization over upon graduation and began to pray for God’s next calling in his life. After six years, his vision for bridging the gap between fitness and inclusion was brought to life through Every Body Belongs Club in Houston. One verse that he lives by is, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” Ephesians 2:10.
Guy Bily
Secretary of the Board
Guy Bily began his career in commercial and real estate litigation and transitioned into estate planning and advising small businesses. After gaining valuable experience with a solo practitioner and a highly respected mid-size law firm, he decided to partner up with his close friend, William Harlow. Prior to his law practice, he worked in the construction industry. Outside of practicing law, Guy enjoys exercising, camping, listening to music, reading, and playing the violin. Guy is also an active member of the Houston Young Lawyers’ Association and the Houston Bar Association.
Cherie Ruffino
Treasurer of the Board
One of Cherie’s greatest blessings in life has been her family—her husband and two daughters. She and her husband, Louie, have been together for over 30 years and have been blessed to experience life to the fullest with their faith, hope, and love. Cherie is deeply appreciative of each and every blessing. One of their most special blessings was how God saw a gift in them to be the parents of a special needs child. Today, Cherie could not be more proud of their special needs daughter and all of her life accomplishments.
Cherie has over 30 years of career experience in the chemical industry, enjoys working out, and is an advocate for the special needs community. She is delighted to support Everybody Belongs Club (EBC) and looks forward to watching the athletes gain personal strength and confidence with each workout. For families to have a workout facility that understands their loved one’s mental and physical abilities is truly God-sent. It is an honor for Cherie to serve on the EBC board alongside a team that encourages and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
